Mandi St. Onge, is the creator of Monarch Movement. She is a native Michigander, wife, mother, athlete, coach, educator, and business owner.

She has a decade and more of industry experience. A trained sales professional in business development, brand marketing, go to market strategies, systems development and management, AI technology, Wholesaler, course instructor, mentor, and mass marketer. She offers her organization unique opportunities and strategies to weather proof and propel their businesses.

Initially her real estate journey began when she helped business owners buy or lease brick and mortar spaces, outfit them with wholesale products, fixtures, marketing stories, and helped prepare them to go to market.

She managed such businesses in 4 regions around the US.

Her life was been very transactional, she wanted to change that, with a strong desire to be more purposeful and she became driven to set her focus on passing on her knowledge so she could change the lives of others.

So, she joined an amazing organization in November of 2020 and started the Monarch Movement Real Estate Group so she could diversify and help others to win at real estate too.

Her partners provide her solutions, a long range outlook, and the opportunity to work for herself and run her own brand and operate her ownbusiness.

The brokerage allows her to do what she's always known, excel, mentor, diversify, and duplicate.

Ultimately she was looking to finally let her entrepreneurial spirit loose. Being apart of this organization allows her to do just that. Earning from multiple streams of revenue and developing several businesses she has been able to provide for her family when the markets have fluctuated.

She now owns and runs her own brand, businesses, and organization.
